Asli provides a platform connecting customers with local restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies for delivery services. We act as an intermediary between customers and vendors.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by vendors
  • Prices displayed are set by vendors and may change
  • Delivery fees and service charges may apply
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering or upon delivery (COD)
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You must be available to receive the delivery
  • Accurate delivery address must be provided
  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances

6. Cancellations and Refunds

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten vendors or delivery partners
  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to manipulate prices or exploit promotions
  • Reverse engineer or copy our app

8. Limitation of Liability

Asli acts as a platform connecting customers with vendors. We are not responsible for the quality of food, products, or services provided by vendors. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Asli app are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
