How do I track my order?
Open the Asli app and go to your current order. You'll see real-time tracking with the rider's location on the map.
How do I cancel an order?
Go to your order in the app and tap "Cancel Order". Note that cancellation may not be possible after the vendor starts preparing your order.
How do I request a refund?
Go to Order History, select the order, and tap "Report Issue". Describe the problem and we'll review your request within 24 hours.
How do I become a vendor?
Download the Asli Vendor app and complete the registration process. Our team will review your application and get in touch.
How do I become a delivery partner?
Download the Asli Delivery app and sign up. You'll need to provide your vehicle details and complete verification.
